Main Points

• By half term all year groups will have had their training and elected members.
• We need to deal with the students, not the heads of year, so we get a true point of view.

Meetings:
o Have a meeting with all the year group councils together.
o Year group councils make at least 3 agenda items, and feed them back to Year 11 Chair and Vice Chair, or use the forum/ personal messages on forum.
o Good starting point is the week after half term, so all years have had their training.

• Other year groups need a system of feeding in to main council, use the forum?
